  3. Students in Canada are eligible to enter the selection process via nomination.
  4. Students in the United Kingdom are eligible to enter the selection process via nomination.
  5. International students attending a nominating school or program are eligible to apply if nominated by their school or program.

Each applicant must meet the following criteria:
