The Stamps Scholarship is the University of Miami’s most prestigious merit-based award for exceptional high school seniors. This scholarship covers full tuition and fees, on-campus housing, a meal plan, and more.

Eligibility

  • Open to Early Decision I and Early Action applicants.

Selection Process:

  • Semi-finalists are chosen based on their application materials.
  • Finalists are interviewed and selected based on their application and interview.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Enrol in a full-time undergraduate programme with at least 12 credits per semester.

Application Requirements:

  • Common Application essay
  • Supplemental essay (250 words) describing how you would contribute to the University of Miami community
  • List of extracurricular activities
  • Test scores (optional for 2025): ACT or SAT
  • Official transcripts
  • Letter of recommendation

International Students:

  • Required to submit English proficiency test scores (TOEFL, IELTS, or Duolingo)

  • November 1 for Early Decision I and Early Action applicants.
